B&B 29b is a typical Ligurian country house, spread over 2 floors. The entrance is the main reception area, it is also the gastronomic suggestions area, information on events, shows and happenings in the city and province.

Silence and comfort
29B is the perfect place to regenerate and recharge your batteries. Located at the entrance to the Punta Manara park, it is ideal for a holiday, but also for longer stays A special place for digital nomads who want to work in smart working, in fact it offers unlimited and free wi-fi.
Use of the kitchen is upon request and an equipped barbecue is available in the garden, perfect for organizing evenings with friends in spring and summer.

The double room located on the first floor, which offers a splendid view, is very bright and decorated in shades of lilac and purple.
The single room, also located on the upper floor, has a queen-size bed and is furnished with taste and simplicity and reproduces the soft colors of the Riviera.

“My stay at Donatella’s was incredible. The house is tucked away in a beautifully secluded and relaxing hillside with Riva’s beach just 15 minutes away. Donatella took me round the whole area, gave me excellent recommendations and helped me with my Italian whenever I needed it! Being a small structure with only 2 rooms available, the privacy of the guests is guaranteed. The environments are all sanitized using certified products according to the guidelines of the O.M.S. and the Document of the Conference of Regions of 16 May.
For long or prolonged stays it is possible to agree on discounted rates.
The booking deposit is required only for stays longer than 5 days by paying 30% of the total amount of the stay,
by Bank transfer. The deposit is refundable if the overnight stay is canceled at least 20 days in advance.
No smoking in the house.
The tourist tax as required by the municipality of Sestri Levante in the amount of 1 euro per person per day, for adults and children over 12 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights.
In the summer period (June-July-August) we ask for a minimum stay of at least 2 nights.
